Information Technology (IT) and the Internet have helped many to create all types of things and companies; however, not everyone has been able to leverage these technologies equally. We tend to believe that the Internet has made the world truly flat but that has not really been the case. Individuals can only leverage the information technology when the suprastructure (legal framework, transportation infrastructure, etc) where they live is appropriate. I am interested in better understanding what is needed to be able to leverage the Internet and IT in general.
